DISK Session 08: CIENCIACELESTE
// Date: May 5, 2006 // Time: 9 pm   Number eight of the DISK Session series presents Cienciaceleste aka Felipe Zilleruelo, a visual artists and electronic musician from Santiago, Chile, who currently lives and works in Paris and Berlin. As a visual artist he is part of the video art collective Incas of Emergency with whom he has exhibited and performed in Chile, Argentina, Brasil and Italy. As a musician he has played in museums, galleries and clubs in Chile, Argentina and Peru – most recently at the Contemporary Art Museum of Santiago, Chile.   The music of Cienciaceleste is a blend of different electronic music genres, from Indietronica to Trip-Hop, with IDM and Emotronica. Through emotional yet cheerful soundscapes, he proposes a continous path where Trance gets obscure and Trip-Hop is born again in a sweet and deep Indietronic manner.
