In the same orbit as groups like Throbbing Gristle and Current 93, Steven Stapleton, working with several different line-ups, and alone, has amassed a long and winding discography of limited editions and eccentric collaborations. Over more than 30 years, the project has shape shifted through improvisation, jazz, noise and show tunes while also venturing into combinations of rhythm, ambience and electronics preceding the early sound of the Warp label.
