The Blind Spot at Ultrahang Festival, Budapest
A collaboration project of DISK – Sound & Image e.V / CTM and Ultrasound Foundation / Ultrahang Festival, Budapest.   // Date: 21.–25. Since its two editions have made the Budapest based festival the most important meeting place for electronic and experimental music in Hungaria. The Ultrasound Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Budapest, Hungary. It was founded in 2000 by a few music enthusiastics, who were upset with the isolation and difficult situation of their local music community. Since the Ultrasound Foundation engages to create exchange between protagonists of the Hungarian and the international experimental music scene. The Foundation operates a web-portal that spreads the latest information on what is going on in the music world both in Hungaria and abroad, and releases CD-Rs.
