Berlin-based Ali Demirel (1972) is originally from Turkey and studied nuclear engineering, architecture and audio-visual media. He has been making videos since 1993, focusing on minimal images and structural compositions with a conceptual base. He has worked with Richie Hawtin (M-nus) since 2001.
