Filosofische Stilte (Philosophical Silence) is the half Dutch, half Surinamese, 18 year old Luuk Graham from The Hague. He started producing music in 2010 when he and a friend wanted to rap and decided to used their own beats. His label-defying high-energy beats are suffused with 8Bit arpeggiators, basslines, and drums.
