Martin Hirsch l
ives in Weimar, runs the net label Neo Ouija Records and co-organises the nomadic netlabel festival STFU. It was under this acronym that international musicians, label makers and concert promoters joined forces as a non-profit collective in 2005, in order to organise concerts featuring electronic and experimental music and a healthy disregard for regional and national borders. STFU and its constantly growing number of activist-artists want to create alternatives to typical structures of the music and concert business.
He is also a freelance writer and multimedia artist. As a musician Hirsch produces electronic music under the name
