Originally from Hamburg, now based in Berlin, Mark Boombastik (1978) has worked with Felix Kubin, Funkstoerung and Patric Catani and is currently the rhythm section for Khan Of Finland. His debut single Putzen (I’m Single, 2008) was released with remixes by Nerk & Dirk Leyers and T.Raumschmiere.

Mark Boombastik was born in Hamburg and started doing Human- Beatbox in the age of 12. He has worked under the alias "die Großmutter" and in addition to his work with Khan of Finland, is or has been involved in the following projects and people: Anaerobic Robots, Das Original Oberkreuzberger Nasenflötenorchester: Der Grindchor, Fischmob, Angie Reed.
His debut single Putzen (I’m Single 2008) was released with remixes by Nerk & Dirk Leyers (Firm/Playhouse) and T.Raumschmiere’s new dark techno project Shrubbn (Shitkatapult).
