Minkkinen is a musican from Paris and the founder of the Le Placard headphone festival. He is also a member of the Parisian art group Büro and the man behind the Deco label. Together with Andy Bolus he forms the duo Intertecsupabrainbeatzroomboyz and with Lionel Fernandez the digital noise duo Discom.
