Heidi Mortenson (DK) is a One-Woman Band playing concerts which offer a peculiar Toy Guitar to dirty beats in electro folk rock and reversed singing. Her music has twisted breaks and basslines, funky rhythms and crisp sound-patches, add up with a mentalist flavor and a full powered voice. Live on stage she takes use of machines, effect-units, computer, instruments and special-built microphones.
 
The past year has been very progressive playing solo concerts and duo performances with Kevin Blechdom (ChicksOnSpeedRecords). Her unfolding of new ideas such as a Lights Suit, as well as colaborating with other musicians. Heidi Mortenson has just finished her upcoming debut 10” EP which will be out in the shops in April 05 on her own independent record label “Wired Stuff”.
