Philipp Oswalt is known as architect and publicist and since 1998 works in Berlin. From 1988 to 1994 he worked as editor for the architectural journal "Arch+" and organised symposiums and workshops at the Technische Universität Berlin. He has been a teacher at the Technische Universität Berlin and Hochschule der Künste Berlin and since 2000 is Visiting Professor for Design at the Technical University Cottbus. Besides contributing to several exhibitions (First Berlin Biennale, "Children of Berlin" at P.S.1 in New York), he published texts on contemporary architecture in numerous German and international books and journals. He is author of the book "Berlin - City without form".
