Geoff Stahl is a researcher and writer currently lecturing Media Studies at the University of Wellington, New Zealand. He studiedCommunications at McGill University in Montréal and has written extensively on urban subcultures and scenes, always with an emphasison musicmaking. He is currently working on a book that looks atmusicmaking in Berlin and Montreal. Stahl also has plenty of experience with community radio and as a DJ TV DiSKO of eclectic Exotica and rare disco tunes and plenty of new music as well.
