Like their colleagues on the main-floor, Ilsa Gold and For God Con Soul, the Rancho Relaxo Allstars put the focus firmly on the situational, on spontaneity, candor and communication, albeit with an extremely divergent sound. All three do live jam sessions which, in the case of the Rancho’s big collective endeavour, will keep your ears preoccupied non-stop throughout the whole evening with a fascinating spectrum of instruments: guitar, lap-top, 303, Chinese harp, violins and a few more exotic varieties, creating a radically eclectic Ambient Sound somewhere between abstract Electronica, Country, Karaoke, Disco and Freeform Folk.
