The imagery of the CTM.07 festival – poster, leaflet, catalogue, website and CD – this year derives from abstract graphics created specifically in line with the festival theme, "Building Space," by a “draw-bot” made by Norwegian artist, Marius Watz.
 
The drawing machine consists of a computer program, the algorithms of which are able to generate and print sheer endless variations on images or animations. Time-based development principles, mathematic formulas, and the simulation of physical laws such as gravity, affinity, inertia, momentum and so forth, allow multidimensional configurations and spaces to be conceived and visualized. In 2005 Marius Watz started the platform for generative design and art, Generator.x (conference, exhibition, live performances and web-blog)
