Dense is a record shop for experimental music and, first and foremost, a meeting point and info exchange for anyone interested in music beyond the mainstream. Nowadays operated Daniel Reisser and Nicolas Chevreuy, who also runs the label and mailorder Ad Noiseam, the shop is an important magnet for Berlin’s experimental music scene.
 
For CTM.08 Dense will once again set up a temporary branch in MAO, designed by the shop-owners themselves and by design collective Rinzen: a communication interface and a place you can buy material by this year’s Festival artists, and more besides.
