"Wasted Over (your city here)" are mini 1-night Wasted events that are popping up all over Europe. Now you can get Wasted Over BERLIN! On Thursday, July 3rd Wasted invites the sex-style breakcore of Duran Duran Duran to join the Osaka Invasion! Doing the invading will be: Ove Naxx – violence group beat destroyer, Maruosa – grindcore screams & terrorbreaks, Dj Scotch Egg – the punk-gameboy master, and Bogulta – a 2 man digital-punk explosion of color! Of course Pure and Dj Donna Summer will co-present the night and will both DJ to keep the audience frenzied!

WASTED OVER BERLIN is also the release party for
PENCILBREAK, the new book from Belio Magazine. The book presents art and graphics inspired by hardcore music. Naturally, it includes a feature on WASTED and works by Jan Rohlf.
Pencilbreak is a big mashup of the best art and graphics inspired by and for the digital hardcore subcultures we live and enjoy. This book compiles fresh work from more than twenty international artists. All of them share a similar feeling and passion for distorted sounds and graphics. This book is meant to be an homage to Breakcore and other styles of hardcore music and corresponding attitudes.
The book includes a multipage feature on the WASTED festival, showcasing poster and flyer designs by
Jan Rohlf and photography by
Marco Microbi. Additionally, each of the artists is featured through a profile that introduces into other aspects of their creative work.
