// A one-day Breakcore festival
// Hosted by Jason Forrest and Pure
Date: 23rd September 2006
Venue: Theater aan het Spui, The Hague
The third WASTED event takes place in the framework of TodaysArt Festival – a two day celebration of electonic art and music held all over the city of The Hague, the Netherlands.
What to expect at WASTED 3? Cut-up samples from Metal, Hip-Hop, Ragga, Disco and whatever else the digital scissors pick as their prey; irregular beats accelerated to the max, abrupt breaks and deafening fuss, all woven into tracks that fuse wicked wit with brutality and roguish laughter with abysmal darkness. WASTED 3 features a broad range of styles and with
Venetian Snares,
Otto von Schirach,
The Servants of the Apocalyptic Goat Rave,
FFF and
Ladyscraper brings together some of the most finest (and wickedest) Breakcore artists around these days.
Next to WASTED 3 there is bunch of other interesting stuff going on during the two days of the festival, mainly artists like Otto von Schirach and Venetian Snares experimenting with midi controlled carillons and another rare live show of electronic music legend Jean Jacques Perrey.
