Rene SG is a Dutch band from Amsterdam. The band was founded by guitar player Rene in the beginning of 2004. He was joined by drummer RJ SG and Swedish bassplayer Kalle Mattsson for their debut, Rene SG (Langweiligkeit Records 2006). Bassplayer Niels later replaced Mattsson. The follow up, Rene SG 2 (Langweiligkeit Records, 2007), was made with metal producer Berthus Westerhuis (God Dethroned) in 2007.
