Videoartist and VJ with a unique technique and style, born 1960 in Haifa, Israel, since 1986 he lives and works in Berlin. Together with the Author and Media artist Heinrich Dubel he operates the SNIPER project in Berlin. Safy till now made a great number of concerts, installations and multimedia-performances in Germany, Europe, North America and Israel and took part in various festivals and exhibitions, among them PS1, New York, Kunstwerke, Berlin, NGBK, Berlin, ZKM Karlsruhe.
