Norwegian artist Per Martinsen AKA Mental Overdrive/Tied Revolverman have been producing and releasing a vast body of electronic music over the last two decades. In his most recent project, 'Earthbound - Surfing the Apocalypse', he fuses music, text, various online projects and a series of art exhibitions into a whole universe of his own: a novel is now available as an e-book, several art shows have been put up (and more are in the planning), and the 'virtual soundtrack' compilation contains tracks from artists like his own Mental Overdrive, Frost, Hex Pistols, Emmanuel Tegel and more. He is currently busy finishing Frost's fourth album with spouse and creative partner Aggie Peterson, and will also be doing a series of Mental Overdrive live events in 2011.
