Patrick Catani started to make music very early, making his first Hardcore/Techno Gabber record at the age of 16 in the year 1992 on his Amiga 500 computer. He called himself E de Cologne these days and he influenced a lot of other experimental and Breakcore orientated bands and musicians. With his band EC8OR that he formed together with Gina V. D'Orio he toured in the States and Japan several times and during the years he released over 30 records on various labels like the old Structure/Monotone, Praxis, Bastard Loud, Digital Hardcore Recordings, Mille Plateaux, Wordsound/Blackhoodz and Grand Royal. he's worked with Gonzales, Barbara Brockhaus and is also a founding member of Puppetmastaz.
His project
Candie Hank is a grotesque entertainment show with no limit, a collision of Rock'n'Roll, Moog influenced but harsh synthscapes Breakcore but Belly Dance Punk and Gabber like Proto Pop.
Patric Catani's one and only release under the moniker The Horrible Plans of Flex Busterman was a concept album from 1997, acting as a trademark of ec8or Software entertainment® – produced in 8bit with a Commodore 64 and an Amiga 500.
Catani's most recent project is the Xberg Dhirty6 Cru. An album titled
Die Reime der Anderen was released on Sonig in 2009.
